AI-powered ticket finder chatbot, transforming complex ticket searches into seamless, conversational experiences through human-centered UX/UI design.

TixPal needed an interface capable of translating the complexity of ticket search into a simple, intuitive conversational experience. The main challenge was designing a system that allows users to interact naturally with an AI chatbot, reducing the friction typical of traditional ticketing platforms.

The goal: create clarity where there was complexity, and guidance where users often felt lost.

Discovery & Research
Conducted competitive analysis of existing ticketing platforms and AI chatbots. Performed user interviews to map pain points and expectations. Created personas and journey maps to identify critical experience moments.

UX Strategy
Built the experience around three pillars: Clarity (unambiguous interactions), Guidance (proactive user assistance), and Efficiency (minimal steps to relevant results). Defined conversational flows, response logic, and information hierarchy.

UI Design
Designed a minimal, human-centered interface featuring clean layouts that prioritize conversation, clear visual hierarchy for quick information scanning, and subtle micro-interactions that communicate feedback and create a fluid, natural flow.

Result
A conversational interface that transforms complexity into simplicity, where AI intelligence is amplified by thoughtful design, not complicated by it. A smarter, more approachable way to navigate ticket options.
